Commitment to Exercise January 2015
The lovely Felicia at The Geeky Blogger’s Book Blog is teaming up with That’s What I’m Talking About to host an awesome fitness challenge for readers. Felicia previously hosted the Book Blog Walkers each month, and for 2015 it’s been expanded to include all types of exercise. I’m committing to exercise at least 3 times a week. I just signed up for a new gym opening here in mid-February, so until then I’ll be working out at home or walking/jogging if it isn’t too cold. It’s so hard to try to go outside to work out when the weather is frigid. I’ll also be using some of my work out time to listen to audiobooks.
