This is such a great concept! I can’t believe it’s one I’ve not heard of before. Though it’s been a few years since my last pregnancy, I know that nutrition was something I was worried about every day of my pregnancy and after my daughter was born and I was breastfeeding. It is hard to get enough nutrition some days when you are exhausted and busy taking care of everyone else.
