I received a bottle of the Detox (also known as ahhh) herbal supplement for review. Detox (ahhh) is formulated to eliminate toxins and provide gentle cleansing for your body. There are two different ways that you can take Detox (ahhh). It can be taken once daily after a meal for a gradual, gentle cleaning and daily maintenance. You can also do a 2-day Detox where you take four capsules after a meal once a day for 2 days. I decided to go for the gentle daily maintenance, taking 2 capsules after a meal once per day. I did not notice any unbearable side effects while using Detox (ahhh). I did notice an increase in bathroom visits, but that is to be expected anytime you are doing any sort of cleanse. I did not have any pain or urgency. I used the product consistently until it was gone and I do think I felt better after taking it.
The capsules were easy to swallow and did not have an unpleasant odor, something I’ve experienced with other herbal supplements. Overall, I think this product did what it stated it would do. I would buy this and would like to try other products from BioTerra Herbs. I would especially like to try Sleep (z-z-z), Stress (gahh) and Mental Focus (huh?). I love the fun product names. This is a company that I would recommend to anyone looking for herbal supplements.
