Good morning! Today is the Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-A-Thon, and I couldn’t be more excited!! This is my first time participating, and I can’t wait to get started. I would be started right now, but I’m working until 2pm my time. So I may get a late start, but I’m planning to read on my break at work and listen to audiobooks in the car. Plus, I work at the library, so I may get at least something read. 🙂 Before I’m off to work, I’ll answer the Opening Meme questions.

1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
I’m reading in a little town in eastern Ohio, USA!
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
I’m starting the read-a-thon almost halfway through Burn for Me by Ilona Andrews and I am so looking forward to finishing it…though I don’t want it to end!
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
Fun-size 3 Musketeers – I bought a small package just for me, and I am so not sharing with my kids. 😉
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I’m a 31 year old mom of 2 girls and I love to read! I work as a library clerk, which is the perfect job for me. I always have a book or several with me wherever I go, even if I know I won’t have time to read where I’m going.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
This is my first time doing the Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-A-Thon! I’m really looking forward to spending a lot of time reading.
