I bought used books whenever I could, but then I was always stuck with a big textbook at the end of the semester. If I couldn’t sell it or donate it, I ended up hanging on to it, for no good reason. Confession time: I actually still have several college textbooks in a tote in a storage unit. Though, those are the ones that I really did find interesting and I wanted to keep. But still…renting textbooks would have been a great help to my poor college student budget! I know this is something I’d definitely look into to help save money while going to school. And renting eTextbooks?! No more lugging around giant books? Definitely an awesome option. This would also be a great option for students who go to one of the many online schools, and may not have access to a campus bookstore. Do you know anyone who could benefit from renting textbooks?
