    Hubby and I just joined a gym. We are doing cardio on elliptical and it is kicking my butt. I try to follow heart rate from machine’s thingy but it doesn’t work all the time!

    I like using the stationary bike and kettleball workout with some additional weights. Yes I monitor heartrate.
