I would love to use the Pure Lemon Extract and make some lemon sherbet or blueberry lemon ice cream, they both sound great to me and I could use it to spice up some strawberry ice cream with the taste of lemons.

At Christmas, I make a pretty good, delicious Christmas pound cake and I could use the Pure Peppermint Extract in it with the crushed candy canes, sounds delicious to me.
