I love bringing unique dishes to family get-togethers, barbecues, and potlucks. This Carrot Raisin Salad is a bright, tasty treat that everyone will love. Just try not to eat it all before you get there. 😉 What is your favorite item to bring to a get-together?
Please note: Carrot Raisin Salad requires at least 2 hours of chilling time before serving, so be sure to leave enough time to make it. Also, it needs to stay cold. This bowl-on-ice set is perfect if your event is outdoors.
