Raisins

Purple Seedless Grapes

Mayonnaise

Plain Greek Yogurt

tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1/4
teaspoon
Salt

tablespoon
Brown Sugar
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients to start.
Peel, core, and dice the apple. Add the apple to a small mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Stir gently to combine.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

This carrot raisin salad can be stored in an airtight container and kept refrigerated for 2-3 days.
