Sean Astin, an accomplished actor, director, producer and radio show host will be launching the second season of his radio show, Vox Populi on TradioV coming up on May 1st! Sean’s interest in politics and desire to represent the people’s voice allow him to share information about the world of politics. Sean really wants people to understand what is going on in the government, even if it seems complicated.

I’ll be the first to admit – I am not really ‘into’ politics. However, I do vote every chance I get and I try my best to learn about different candidates and issues they represent. I enjoy watching political internet shows and Vox Populi sounds like one I will really enjoy. I love what Sean is doing – hosting a forum for relevant political issues, where everyone can feel welcome! Vox Populi Radio offers interactive intellectual discussion. Your views and concerns are welcome and the show keeps its broadcasts civil.

I did not listen to the first season of Vox Populi, and that’s only because I didn’t know about it! With season 2 coming up on May 1st, thanks to nearly a thousand KickStarter backers, I’m looking forward to tuning in. Vox Populi airs on TradioV.com on Thursdays from 12:00pm – 2:00pm Pacific Time. Sean Astin was born in Santa Monica, California on February 25, 1971. Sean is an American film actor, director, voice artist, and producer best known for his film roles as Samwise Gamgee in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy, Mikey Walsh in “The Goonies,” and the title character of “Rudy.” He is married and has three daughters with wife Christine Louise. Sean graduated from UCLA with honors and has a B.A. in History & a B.A. in English (American Literature and Culture). He is a member of the Directors Guild of America, the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. One of my favorite facts about Sean: he has the power to make you an honorary Goonie. 🙂 Goonies never say die!
