The Enemy Inside by Steve Martini – Review

The Enemy Inside by Steve Martini – Review

The Enemy Inside by Steve Martini is the 13th book in the Paul Madriani series. Once again, I was swept up in the story from page one. The author does a wonderful job of setting up a story that, right away, makes you want to know what is going to happen. This is the 3rd book I’ve read in this series, and the first that didn’t involve Paul and the others chasing (and trying not to get killed by) Liquida. Though the previous two books I read were 5 star reads for me, I enjoyed this one even a bit more than those.

In The Enemy Inside by Steve Martini, Paul and Harry are defending a young man …

Trader of Secrets by Steve Martini – Review

Trader of Secrets by Steve Martini – Review

Trader of Secrets by Steve Martini is the 12th book in the action-packed series featuring attorney Paul Madriani. This is a continuation of the previous book, The Rule of Nine, and picks up right where that book left off. See my review of The Rule of Nine here. The cliffhanger ending of The Rule of Nine made me glad I had Trader of Secrets to dive into.

I have only read The Rule of Nine and Trader of Secrets in the Paul Madriani series. I have seen several reviews that do not like this story line at all. I am thoroughly enjoying Madriani’s world travels as he tries to track down the elusive killer, Liquida and doing what he …

The Rule of Nine by Steve Martini – Review

The Rule of Nine by Steve Martini – Review

The Rule of Nine by Steve Martini is the 11th book in the Paul Madriani series. It is the first book I’ve read by Mr. Martini. I felt it read well as a stand-alone. The author subtly includes information that gives you a good back story of the characters and situations as the book goes along, but the information doesn’t intrude on the current story line.

Defense attorney Paul Madriani is neck deep in trouble. He is shaken up from being near the scene of a crime where the terrorists had a nuclear device. He has just recently come out of ‘hiding’, since he was branded as a suspect in the case by the media because he was …
