Show Time by Suzanne Trauth is the first book in the new Dodie O’Dell Mystery Series. This was a fun cozy with a restaurant/theater theme. When her friend Jerome is found murdered, Dodie is determined to find out what happened to him. I enjoyed the setting of Etonville and the quirky characters within the town. Dodie is smart and resourceful and she makes a good amateur sleuth. I liked how the mystery unfolded. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
