It is time for the First Book of the Year! This is one of my favorite things to do each year – I love starting a fresh year with a fresh book. It is a huge decision for me and really sets the tone for my year in reading. Last year was a difficult reading year for me. I think just the overwhelming feeling of everything going on in 2020 really slowed down my reading. I read 31 books – missing my Goodreads goal of 40. But I am hopeful that 2021 is a wonderful year full of lots of good books. Without further ado…my first book of the year for 2021 is….
