Hallmark is a company that my family knows and loves. I’m betting your family does, too! I’m not just talking about Hallmark cards. Hallmark has so many other wonderful products. Plus, I really enjoy the Hallmark Channel! Wholesome family entertainment at its best. 🙂

GetCardedBadgeI was delighted when Hallmark contacted me to be a part of their Hallmark Get Carded Challenge! I had not heard of it before, and I was definitely intrigued. After learning more about the Get Carded Challenge, I was super excited to participate. For the Get Carded Challenge, you are challenged for seven days to mail out cards. Not e-cards, not social media messages, but honest-to-goodness Hallmark cards that go through the mail. It’s crazy how in today’s world, so many things are done electronically, that actual, physical mail can sometimes be overlooked as a means of communication.

Look at the awesome bundle of cards I received for the Hallmark Get Carded Challenge! Stamps, too, of course. 🙂

Hallmark sent me a variety of wonderful cards to use for my Get Carded Challenge. There were cards just to say Hello; Birthday cards; School-related cards; Encouragement cards and more. The Duck Dynasty card was just perfect to send to my brother for his birthday at the end of September.

Some other cards I received:

I sent cards to family members and friends. The great thing about this fun challenge was that I received much of the same reaction from everyone! They were all delighted to received a ‘surprise’ in the mail! Sometimes, there’s nothing better than just a sweet card to let someone know you’re thinking of them. The little extra time it takes to choose a card, sign it and mail it off is so worth it!

So, are you a card sender? Do you send them for every little occasion, or just on major holidays? Or do you send e-cards rather than physical cards? Hit the comments and let me know. 🙂

  1. Brooke, I love to send cards and still do to my great-nephews, but with the price of cards and stamps, it gets very expensive.
