When Karina gets to Mexico, she enjoys drinking mojitos. Every summer I grow mint in my garden so I can make fresh mojitos in the summertime.
Pitcher of Mojitos
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Bicardi Rum
1 Liter Club Soda or if you prefer sweeter – Ginger ale
2-3 Limes quartered
20-25 Fresh Mint Leaves
Muddle the mint leaves and sugar until they break down. Squeeze limes and then muddle until fully juiced. Stir in rum, and club soda until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over ice.
